Excel Sharp CDL

Excel Sharp CDL implements an Excel Solution for creating and managing complaints. While developing the application, our goal was not only to get in compliance with internal company standards, but also creating a corporate layout for the complaint reports.

Basic Structure

The software prerequisites MS Excel 2003 or higher, Microsoft Access databases (located in the network) are used for data storage. The software is available in German, English and French. However it's very easy to add new languages by editing the XML files, which are used for all resources.
