Excel Sharp INV

Excel Sharp INV is an Excel Application for creating and managing invoices. When creating invoices the users may choose a templates first. This templates can easily be extended or duplicated for creating new ones. The users can edit, release, complete or unvalidate invoices. However this depend on the usergroup, the user is in. Already created invoices can be reused.

Basic structure

Excel Sharp must be installed locally, however the data is stored in Microsoft Access databases located in the network. All invoices are also archived on a protected network drive. For using Excel Sharp INV, at least Excel 2003 is needed.

Currently the software is used in an English and a German version (including the templates and the invoices). However its not a problem to add new languages as the software uses XML files to store all ressources. The software also access to some databases for getting the current customer list, the employees list or suppliers.
